  3. 1 - Henry Jacobs - Sinc. FlexGen, a Cobol tool.  Out to prove that Cobol is
  4. still a viable development language.  Watch out xBASE world!  These guys are
  5. not going to roll over and play dead!
  6.  
  7. 2 - Don and Sharon Simkiewicz - Datasynch.  FilePro 16+.  Virginia consulting
  8. firm specializing in accounting applications in DOS or UNIX.
  9.  
  10. 3 - Sarah Tourville - Sagrelto Enterprises.  Durham computer services
  11. business developing Windows and OS/2 applications.
  12.  
  13. 4 - Nic Rosato - Atlas Software.  Clipper and Plastic Software, a tool with
  14. plenty of awards - Australian Design Award and Export of the Year, 1991. 
  15. Will be visiting his mates while in the states.
  16.  
  17. 5 - Philip Winkler and Graham Smith - PLM Consulting.  Delaware firm using
  18. Dataease, experienced in all types of platforms, Mainframe, PC and MAC.
  19.  
  20. 6 - John Beckner - BecknerVision.  Author of BecknerLib, one of the first
  21. libraries for Clipper 5.0, finished well in '91 with a Beta Clipper 5.0.
  22.  
  23. 7 - Jim Latendresse - InfoSystems.  Using Omnis 7, Windows on the Macintosh. 
  24. Located in the North Carolina Blue Ridge Mountains.
  25.  
  26. 8 - Frank Barnhill and Donald King - 1st Carolina Corp. Credit Union.  Will
  27. use Clipper, Grumpfish, Funcky, Blinker and R&R.
  28.  
  29. 9 - Joe Chasanand and Edward T. Howe - Magnatech Business Systems. New York
  30. FilePro team using SCO Xenix or any of several other operating systems.
  31.  
  32. 10 -  Randy Laco - CBR Associates.  Will use KnowledgeMan.  Randy sells the
  33. first 3rd party library available for KnowledgeMan.
  34.  
  35. 11 - Iain Mackenzie and Geoff Whelan - Rytech International.  Developers of
  36. GenSys used with UI2 for Clipper, Foxpro, or dBASE IV.  Which will they use?
  37.  
  38. 12 - Philip Mickelson and Arthur Begun - Business Tools, Inc.  Located in
  39. Chapel Hill, NC, author of TAS Professional 4.0, a complete development tool.
  40.  
  41. 13 - David Loye - DLC.  First Pick team, will be using System Builder. 
  42. Consulting firm located in Cary, NC serving small to medium sized businesses.
  43.  
  44. 14 - Bruce Lomasky - Magic.  Magic MultiUser.  Will they really finish in
  45. less than an hour?  Only time will tell.
  46.  
  47. 15 - Alan Bauman - CompuWorks.  From Pittsfield, Massachusetts using Clipper,
  48. UI2/GenSys and R&R Report Writer.
  49.  
  50. 16 - Michael Beall and M.G. Kademani - Belsoft, Inc.  Last year's defending
  51. champion, from Virginia, will be using Clipper, BelSoft.Lib, R&R, Brief and
  52. Windows 3.1.  They may prove that the best competitor will come from a
  53. consulting company that writes applications day in and day out.
  54.  
  55. 17 - Art Fuller and Peter Brawley - Artful Applications.  Snowed out from
  56. last year's competition, from Canada and authors of Artful Lib and Artful 2. 
  57. Will be using Clipper, Artful 2, Blinker, WinGen, R&R, QEdit and FreshWin.
  58.  
  59. 18 - John Gardner - JGPC.  Author of application generator template tool,
  60. 'STEP', for use with FoxPro and Stage.  From Memphis, Tennessee.
  61.  
  62. 19 - Len White - From North Long Branch, New York.  Will be using Zachary,
  63. Clipper and Blinker.
  64.  
  65. 20 - Jeff Davis - CHS Design and Spectral Imagery sponsored by Automated
  66. Credit Services.  From Indiana, using Clipper, Inhouse Library, Funcky.
